GP&L periodically files information with governmental/regulatory entities. The following information and links will assist you in viewing these filings.

Please read all the steps prior to clicking to the sites.

For filings with the Department of Energy’s Energy Information Administration (EIA):

• Click here to reach the EIA’s Electricity Database Files page.
• Once at the EIA page, select the report you want to view.
• Next, select the year, schedule or format you want to view.
• Publicly available GP&L information should be presented as: "Garland City of". If a "State" column is present, make sure "TX" is in that column.

For filings with the Texas Public Utility Commission (PUC)*:

• Click here to reach the PUC’s Filings – Interchange Overview page.
• Become familiar with the PUC’s Filings Retrieval System by clicking on the links to the Filings Retrieval Instructions and the Interchange FAQ.
• Click on the “Filings Retrieval” link in the blue box to reach the Interchange Login page. Once there, click on “Login”.
• Select “Electric” under “Utility Type”. Enter the search criteria into the form. Next to “Utility”, you may enter “GARLAND POWER & LIGHT”.
• In "Date Filed", be sure to enter a three month date range as part of your search unless you are searching by a specific Control Number.
