Utility Bill Reference Guide Now Available

GARLAND, February 23, 2004 -- In the March utility bills, Garland citizens will receive a helpful insert, "A Guide to Reading Your Combined Utility Bill." This insert is a quick reference guide that explains key sections of the bill.

In Garland, citizens enjoy the benefit of a combined bill - meaning that charges for Electric, Sanitation, Water, Sewer and Storm Water Management services are billed on one statement.

"The combined bill for all utilities is a great convenience for our customers," says Joe Espinosa, Director of Customer Service. "It is much more efficient for customers to pay one, rather than several, utility bills each month."

Customers can download the Utility Bill Guide from the GP&L website or can contact Customer Service at 972-205-2671 with any questions they have about their bill.
